LimonezitroneGefühle Autismus Gefühle – wie ein Schwarm Glühwürmchen bei Nacht. So viele. Du kannst nicht eines fangen und beschreiben. Jedes Glühwürmchen ist anders. Und trotzdem: ein Glühwürmchen. Limonezitrone 🍋 Dieses Gedicht ist eine poetische Metapher für den Umgang mit Gefühlen im Kontext von Autismus. Es beschreibt auf eindrucksvolle Weise, wie überwältigend und zugleich schwer greifbar Emotionen sein können. Interpretation: Die Gefühle werden mit einem Schwarm Glühwürmchen bei Nacht verglichen – ein wunderschönes, aber auch chaotisches Bild. Der Schwarm steht für die Vielzahl und Vielfalt der Emotionen, die gleichzeitig auftreten und sich ständig bewegen. Sie sind sichtbar, spürbar, intensiv – doch nicht greifbar. Der Versuch, einen zu fangen und zu beschreiben, scheitert: Die Gefühle sind flüchtig, sie entziehen sich klaren Worten oder einer einfachen Kategorisierung. Der Ausdruck Autismus am Anfang gibt dem Gedicht seinen Rahmen. Es zeigt, wie für viele autistische Menschen Gefühle anders wahrgenommen werden – oft als intensiver, fragmentierter oder schwerer zu ordnen und auszudrücken. Die Zeile Jedes Glühwürmchen ist anders hebt hervor, dass jede Emotion einzigartig ist, individuell – und doch sind sie alle Glühwürmchen, also Teil desselben Phänomens. Die letzte Zeile bringt eine stille, fast versöhnliche Erkenntnis: Trotz aller Unterschiede gehört jedes Gefühl zu einem Ganzen.
